Plymol Tubes Limited was founded in 1968 by the previous owners, Gordon and Anne Parry, who ran this successful company until the early 90's making fibreglass lighting columns and then diversified into making its present day core products of flagstaffs and frangible aviation poles. The present owners, Andy and Mary Swaine started in business at about the same time by providing high quality metal fabrication and cast iron architectural features and producing all the associated steel products for Plymol. When the Company founders retired it was a natural progression for the present owners to buy Plymol. The Company has grown and is now established as a leading manufacturer and supplier of fibreglass flagstaffs, frangible approach poles, windsock poles, all with purpose built bases and bracketry. The Company continues to provide a comprehensive engineering service. We compliment the service with the ability to supply a full range of flags including national flags made to admiralty specification and specially designed corporate logo flags and banners. |
